Your First Visit to My Edina Practice

You will be warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. Help is on its way!

When you have decided to step out of the land of "Whatever the policy covers" and invest in your own care you want a good return on your investment.

To get the leverage that raises you odds for a great outcome from our work together I'll ask you to first invest in giving me a thorough accounting of your overall situation, the ways your biggest issue is ruining your life, your history of chemical, emotional and physical stress (see Stress Test) and the intensity level at which the neural shocks from stress express themselves as symptoms in your life (see Neural Shock Self-Analysis). These four forms can be downloaded from this site.

Call to set up your initial hour visit and plan to arrive about 10 minutes before scheduled to handle traffic uncertainties and the time to freshen up. I tend to run on time.

After you get settled and we take a brief tour we''ll get down to reviewing the data you've brought in. Let's save questions on your supplements for a later visit, on which occasion a list of what you take, what you have laying about and what you've been thinking of getting will be useful. Sometimes a diet diary for a week of eating will be needed too.

We'll next focus on constructing a "Neuro Print" of your current state of neurological balance, the extent of any spinal lock-and-rot decay, how much Gravity Competence you have versus what you really require and an analysis of whether your feet, shoes and orthotics provide a viable platform on which to base pain free living. We may also perform a computerized posture evaluation.

If time permits, editing of your software, hardware, mechano-receptors and priority issue might commence, to give you a taste of things to come. We'll complete financial arrangements and you'll be released to schedule your 2 follow-up 1/2 hour visits.
